Irish Blog Awards Tea Party

Thanks to Sinead for pointing this out.

Sabrina and Ina have been so kind as to organise a fabulous Tea Party for the ladies of the blogsphere.

Here’s the details.

What:

An informal get together to meet one another, dish the dirt, and chat about women and blogging in Ireland. Make friends before the Blog Awards so you know more friendly faces in the swarm!

Where:

The Market Bar • Fade Street • Dublin 2 • (01) 6139094
From 4:30 until whenever, probably around 6:30 PM

The Market Bar is approximately 12 minutes on foot from The Alexander Hotel, where the Irish Blog Awards are taking place at 7:30 PM. There is free WiFi and a tapas style menu on offer.

RSVP

This event is obviously free (just cover your own food and bar bill!) but please RSVP to Sabrina or to me here with a comment and I can pass on the details so that they have some idea of how large a table to book.

So glad you are coming! It looks like a fun crowd. Plus you can help me decide what TO WEAR! :)

OK seriously: what are you wearing?

  2. Maz Says:

Hi Sabrina, it’s a great idea and I’m really looking forward to it!! Once I leave work on Friday I usually live in jeans until Monday morning so I’ll be wearing my Jeans, favourite boots and an emerald green cardi from Monsoon to the tea party and will swap the cardi for something more dressy for the awards themselves. You can’t beat the jeans and dressy top combo when you’re not sure of the dress code!*

This is all subject to change at the last minute of course!!

  3. Sabrina Says:

OK then, jeans, fake uggs, print short sleeve top over long sleeve t-shirt will do me. I’ll change into grown-up clothes for the awards tho since I work all week in my pajamas and I have fab flannel trousers and heels that like to get out for the night every now and then.

  4. Maz Says:

Sounds like a plan Sabrina. See you then!!!
