I really hate when you’re sitting in a bar, you’ve brought the perfect handbag to match your perfect outfit and when you sit down you have three options of where to put your handbag:
1. On your lap (way too awkward…)
2. On the table (which is dripping with spilt drinks and is really sticky from an alcopop that spilt a week ago…)
3. On the floor (are you joking me…?)
I know that some pubs have hooks at the end of tables or at the bar but these are few and far between. Well in just a few days I’m going to have the perfect solution to this predicament because my friend in Madrid (tired of listening to me complaining)Â has posted me a handbag caddy!
 
I think this is one of the most ingenious inventions I’ve ever seen! It comes in a little pouch that you keep in your handbag, it’s got grips on the bottom of the disc so you just place it on the edge of the table with the hook hanging down and hey presto! It’s surprisingly strong for such a small item.
I haven’t seen them in Ireland yet but you can get them from ebay.ie for approx. €9.

I work for a website called http://www.inmyhandbag.com. We’re based in the UK but ship world wide. Basically we sell a huge collection of handbag holders just like the pretty butterfly one you have. Ours are a mix of vintage one off originals (usually from the 1950’s) and Brand new modern ones.
